To view and fill in customer information, please access the Livechat section of the chatbot that contains the corresponding customer information:
Select the conversation you want to view and fill in the information in the AI virtual assistant section
Fill in customer information in the corresponding section
Label the customer by entering the label name and pressing Enter
Label customers to classify customers and easily find conversations with customers
