Reply to messages manually

The manual message reply function allows you to directly intervene in the message flow between customers and chatbots, helping you proactively advise and solve problems that chatbots cannot handle.

To be able to reply to messages manually, you can press the Join room button in the AI Virtual Assistant section to join the room

or you can click the Join room button in the conversation box

After clicking Join room -> the system moves the joined conversation to the My Chats section and allows you to enter the content of the conversation with the customer.

As for the current state, the chatbot still responds in parallel with you.

If you want to stop the chatbot's response, click Pause Virtual Agent in the conversation box, the system changes the status to, and turns off the active status.

If you want to exit the room so the chatbot can continue to answer automatically, press the Exit button in the conversation box
