Knowledge base
The knowledge base is used to train the VA to respond to the business's frequently asked questions (FAQ) set.
The trainer creates a knowledge base for the VA using the following steps
Create knowledge base datasets
Download the sample script file and enter the FAQ dataset according to the sample
Step 1: In the Conversation section -> Select Knowledge Base
Step 2: Select Upload
Step 3: Select file to upload (file format: pdf, doc, txt)
Upload to knowledge base
After creating the FAQ template file, the trainer uploads it to the system as follows:
Step 1: In the Conversation section -> Select Knowledge Base
Step 2: Select Upload
Step 3: Click "Select file" and upload the FAQ file
Step 4: Select "Upload" to complete the knowledge base upload step
