Create Virtual Agent

After logging in, users can create and manage virtual assistants - Virtual Agent (VA) at the start interface. Users can create VA, sub VA, or delete VA.

Create Virtual Agent

Step 1: Select "Create new Virtual Agent"

Step 2: Name the VA (For example: Loan consulting, card opening consulting, ...)

Step 3: Select the corresponding VA type in the list:

• Smart: Virtual Assistant (VA) interacts with customers via chat platform

• auto_call: Virtual Assistant (VA) performs the automatic calling feature

• Voicebot: Virtual Assistant (VA) capable of automatic voice interaction with customers

The type of VA is activated depending on the service package the business chooses

• Step 4: Enter a description of the VA's role and tasks depending on the business's purpose and business processes (you can enter or not)

• Step 5: Select "Save" to complete the VA creation operation.

Create a sub-Virtual Agent

Depending on the purpose of the business, multiple VAs can be built to take on different functions. The EM&AI Virtual Agent platform allows the creation of multiple VAs that perform each separate function (sub VA). The main VA can call/perform the functions of the sub VA (Universal Bot)

For example: Vina travel tourism business provides 3 services: tour booking, room booking and car booking . This business will create 3 functional VAs: Vina tour, Vina booking and Vina Car under Vina travel for easy management.
