Knowledge base is a collection of all data classified in the form of topics and articles (text). The system will use the data entered here to train the Bot.
Select the Bot you want to set up -> In the left menu bar -> click on the Build Scenario page -> select Knowledge Base.
After clicking -> the UI will show the Knowledge Base page. On this page, users create topics for data and enter detailed content or upload data files (pdf, doc, txt) for training.
In the knowledge base, click the UPLOAD button → which displays the Upload Training Data window.
Topic name: enter the topic name (folder) containing related training data. Organizing data by topic will make data management and retrieval more convenient and effective. For example, the FAQ topic will contain data related to the FAQ
Upload: click SELECT FILE and select the data file you want to upload. Note: the file must be in pdf, docx, txt format (under 5MB ).
After clicking the UPLOAD button, the system will create a topic and upload data from the selected file. If the uploaded file contains more than 1400 tokens (about 1000 words), the system will automatically cut the file into many detailed data, each data containing a maximum of 1400 tokens (about 1000 words). After processing, the system will display a list of uploaded data as shown below.
To ensure the uploaded data is completely accurate as desired, users can click on each detailed data to check and edit the content, then click the Save button to retrain the data. Note: Uploaded data may no longer be semantically correct after being cut, so users should check and readjust to ensure the content has enough information and is clear.
After training, data will be added to the Knowledge Base system and used as a reference set. Based on that, the Bot retrieves information to provide responses, depending on the established scenario.
