EM&AI Virtual Agent is a platform to support businesses in building professional virtual assistants - Virtual Agents (VA) that can replace 24/7 customer support consultants in call centers.

Natural Language Processing - NLP: Training the NLP (natural language processing) models through training data on utterance samples, intents, entities, keywords, teencodes to help virtual assistant - VA has natural, human-like conversations with customers.
Build responses: The platform allows users to build contextual responses. Train VAs to handle complex cases or transfer tasks to staff when necessary.

Hybrid chat platform: allows administrators to monitor and participate directly in the conversation between VA and customers, and suggest AI responses to support employees. While the Active learning feature helps train VAs smarter. Besides, the customer behavior analysis feature helps users improve conversation flow to ensure the best interactive experience.
