Information request

The information request feature allows Conversational AI to collect important information to complete the conversation in the right context

To train a VA to collect customer information, the trainer uses the Parameters feature to set up a response scenario.

  • Step 1: Select the Intent to set up the response in the Context tab

  • Step 2: Select Create new (1 ) at the Parameters tab. Enter the parameter name to collect values and the corresponding entity type (2)

  • Step 3: Select the Required field (3) to constrain the VA to collect this parameter value. The user then sets up reminders to ensure customers provide the necessary information.

  • Step 4: Set up reminders at Prompt (4). This feature ensures that customers provide the correct information requested by the Bot. In the event that the customer does not provide the appropriate information, VA will respond to this prompt to request the customer to provide the information.

    • Lifespan of prompt: Set the number of times to perform the reminder.

    • Message after Prompt: Message VA responds to the customer after the number of prompt repetitions expires.

  • Step 5: Then select Add to complete adding parameters.
