Basic settings allow users to make changes to the following information:
VA performs this default response when an intent that is not in the training set is presented or when the user has not set a corresponding response for the trained intent. Users can edit content depending on business purposes.
The FAQs reconfirmation feature is used in cases where customers ask/text/respond to multiple-intent sample sentences (sentences that express more than 1 intent) and these intents fall into the category of FAQs. The feature allows VA to provide feedback that confirms the intentions appearing in the sample sentence, helping to minimize the possibility of responding incorrectly to the customer's intentions.
The feature allows VA to automatically provide response when customers stop responding even while in a chat session.
The feature allows the VA to redirect the response to the selected intent when the customer's response to the VA falls under one of the following circumstances:
Customers send stickers
Customers send icons/emojis
Client sends files
The customer sends content that is too long and exceeds the allowed number of characters
To set up feedback for customers interacting with VA for the first time or pressing the "Get started" button, users select the "Get Started" tab in the Initialization section.
