Trigger (Send notification)

Setting triggers helps activate the notification function to send emails or text messages when customers perform certain actions that meet the conditions set by the user.

For example:

Set up a trigger when a customer places an order, and notify staff when the VA does not understand what the customer means...

- Step 1: Choose the platform to send notifications (Email/HybridChat). Then enable the Trigger feature (1 )

- Step 2: Set condition (2) to activate notifications. (For example: Activate notifications when customers leave emails, phone numbers, etc.)

- Step 3: Select Message (3) to note detailed information for the notification.
