First, users need to set up GPT to specify properties and add prompts for the Bot to interact with users in the desired style.
Select the Bot you want to set up -> In the left menu bar -> click on the Build Bots -> select Setup GPT.
After selecting Set up GPT, the system will proceed to the setup page. Here, users proceed to set up the characteristics of the Bot according to the following information fields:
Employee: Fill in job position, helping the Bot understand its role and job position when interacting with customers. For example: customer service staff, receptionist, consultant,...
Workplace: Fill in information about the place of work, so that the Bot understands which business it represents and what field of activity it belongs to. For example: EM&AI Company - the leading AI Bot solution in Vietnam.
Job description: Fill in commands and operations that the user wants the Bot to perform (limited to 500 tokens). For example: If the user wants the Bot to have a polite and courteous response style to customers, add the following command to the Job Description section: "Answer in a polite and courteous manner. Call yourself "I" and call the user "Mr/Ms”.
Click Save to save and apply the settings to the Bot.
Respond within trained data: when enabledThe bot will prioritize getting trained data (at the knowledge base) to respond to customers.
Reply with the link in the data: when enabled The bot will attach a link to the answer if the reference data (in the knowledge base) contains the link.
