Script code

The EM&AI Virtual Agent platform provides a Script Code integrated code editor that allows programmers to execute complex logic in the context of a conversation, allowing VAs to perform advanced tasks.

To add Script Code, users perform the following steps:

• • Click to select Conversation (1), then select Context (2)

  • At the interface displaying the list of existing intents, select the intent you want to add Script Code to

• Click the Script Code tab, then select the button to activate.

• Add programming code at the programming code editor interface.

  • Run code tests by clicking the select button
  • Option Allows setup to execute before VA responds/After VA responds.
