Broadcast messages

The Broadcast feature allows sending mass messages to customers to inform about promotions, feature updates, or announcements about a new product,..depending on the purpose of the business. To send a Broadcast, users perform the following steps:

• Access: https://livechat.vnlp.ai/

• Select “Notifications” in the left menu bar

• Select “Create new”

Select channel

• Channel: Select the channel to send notification (Facebook/Zalo)

  With Facebook channel: Select the page you want to send notifications to customers. Need to integrate the Messenger channel (Facebook) and "Assign" AI bot for the Fanpage before performing the selection operation.

• Name: Name the Broadcast campaign. For example, March 8 promotion, update Vaybot version 1.7.0, etc.

Filter customer

• Label: Send to the customer list according to the corresponding label

• Last interaction date: Categorize customers by interaction date from the selected time forward.

• Messages: Select Create notification or choose from the Available responses list. Click the buttonto edit the response.

• "Save" to complete setup and send.
