Storage

The storage feature allows users to export training data and VA settings on the system into a Zip file to import to another VA account or store data on a separate device to support backup & restore later.

• At the Conversation tab, select "Storage & Restore"

• Select "Export to Zip file" to download a full backup of your training data

Restore

Upload and replace all old training data with the uploaded data. All previously created sample sentences, intents, and entities will be removed.
