Account usage details

You can view detailed account usage reports as follows:

The account overview says:

• Account type (Product package being used)

• Remaining balance of the account

• Package expiration date

View detailed reports of used sessions as follows:

(1) At the main interface, select "Usage details"

(2) Interface with detailed usage statistics of the most recent month for each AI Chatbot in the account. The report shows the following indicators: Sessions, messages (Total responses of Chatbot AI to customers).
