Livechat helps users control all messages and conversation flows between customers and chatbots in real-time on VAgent (chatbot) and VA (voicebot) platforms. Helps users control information better, can participate in the conversation to support customers (for cases where chatbots cannot support due to customers abbreviating, writing without meaning, or asking interrupted questions, ...). Users can:
