Overview
To access the Overview function, you need to select the virtual assistant you want to access first
Select the virtual assistant you want to access -> The system displays Overview screen
Informations & Charts at Overview screen:
(1) You can adjust the information filter (by 3/5/7/10/20/30 days)
(2) View statistics of most recent messages
(3) View the number of customers (by date)
(4) View the number of active customers (by day)
(5) View the number of new customers (by day)
(6) View overall statistics of the time users interact with the virtual assistant
(7) View statistics of the time users interact with the virtual assistant (by day)
(8) View interactive statistics
(9) See the number of customers per session's duration
(10) View the number of customers by time (hour)
(11) View View customer retention rate (Rate of returning customers by day)
