Forgot password

Retrieve the password of the account you want to access by clicking the Forgot password button

Enter the username you want to retrieve the password and press Confirm button

After clicking confirm, the system sends an email to the email address used to register for the account

Click on Change password -> the system navigates to Reset password screen allowing users to enter the new password
