# Forgot password

Retrieve the password of the account you want to access by clicking the **Forgot password** button

Enter the username you want to retrieve the password and press **Confirm** button

After clicking confirm, the system sends an email to the email address used to register for the account

Click on **Change password** -> the system navigates to **Reset password** screen allowing users to enter the new password

Enter the new password you want to adjust and click on **Confirm** button
