Step 1 - Create Chatbot

Click on the 'Create AI Chatbot' button to display the 'Create AI Assistant' pop-up.

At this step, you need to fill in two fields of information:

• When creating a new chatbot, it is important to provide a unique chatbot name that has not been previously used in the system.

• Chatbot description: This section provides a brief overview of the Chatbot's purpose and scope of activities, as well as any additional notes the user wishes to add.

After entering the information and clicking Create, the pop-up will be closed, and the newly created bot will appear on the homepage.

Action options: Edit and Remove ChatBot

At the Chatbot List screen, for each specific Chatbot, there will be an Options menu, allowing users to quickly perform Edit and Remove Chatbot.

Click on Edit -> the system will display the Edit chatbot pop-up that allows users to edit the created chatbot information: chatbot name and chatbot description

Click Remove -> the system will display the Remove Chatbot pop-up, you need to click Confirm for the system to operate to delete the created bot

From the list of created Chatbots, click on the specific Chatbot, and the system will navigate to the Bot Settings screen.
